Rob Cohen is a seasoned real estate private equity executive and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience and more than $1B in closed transactions. He co-founded Hudson Capital Properties, where he served as Chief Investment Officer and President and led the acquisition, management, and disposition of over 10,000 multifamily units, delivering a $1.1B portfolio exit with investor IRRs exceeding 25%.
His development leadership includes over 2,000 ground-up multifamily units and the assemblage of 4M+ square feet of industrial space across key Southeast markets. Today, as CEO of RoCo Holdings, Rob oversees a diversified family office with holdings spanning real estate, venture capital, and alternative investments.
Rob has raised over $50M in institutional equity and structured more than $500M in debt financing through partners including Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS conduits, and private lenders. His performance at Hudson Capital earned him the Freddie Mac Select Sponsor designation—an honor reserved for top-tier operators. He is also the founder of The Cirrus Companies, a next-generation investment platform focused on workforce housing, affordable housing, single-family housing, and private credit strategies aligned with long-term demographic and capital market trends.
